Event Overview: In a world where Black women’s contributions are frequently uncredited, we are reclaiming the narrative. “Unseen and Unstoppable” is a celebration dedicated to amplifying the voices and contributions Black women and girls have made to society in the past, present, and future. Through the powerful mediums of performing arts and community dialogue, this event aims to shine a light on the brilliance of our girls and our collective hopes for the future, imagining what the future can look like with Black women leading the way.
The evening will highlight stories of pioneers who shaped our history yet remain unsung, while also envisioning a future where Black women’s impact is fully recognized and celebrated. In the style of TedEx, anchored in the spirit of Afro-futurism, “Unseen and Unstoppable” looks forward to a future where Black women lead, create, and inspire without limits. Join us for a night of reflection, celebration, and visioning a future where Black girls are truly seen and unstoppable!
