We are excited to host another amazing event with Amerigroup and our affiliate organization, The T.E.A.M. (Teens Engaging As Mothers) for our next community baby shower. We’ve hosted this quarterly event for the last two years to recruit families to participate in our 9-week parent engagement program. We’ve partnered with a few amazing community groups (Free Black Law,Breaking Barriers Youth Services, and Trust in Giving) to ensure that we are building capacity to serve young parents in the community. Participants who register for the program receive free diapers, baby supplies, financial guidance, and transportation reimbursement.
The event will take place at the Metropolitan Library – 1332 Metropolitan Pkwy SW, Atlanta, GA 30310 on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
